Gregory Clarke Cyncora
July 28, 1957 – June 14, 2016
Passed away peacefully at Saint John Hospice, Vancouver
after a brief illness. Prior to relocating to Vancouver, Greg grew up and resided in Hilliers for the most part of his life. As a
young man Greg was employed
as a logger and a commercial fisherman in coastal BC logging
camps and waters.
He was a gifted woodcarver whose talented hands created many beautiful works of art. Predeceased by his mother Jean Cyncora January 2006, Greg is survived by his daughter Sarah Cyncora, sister
Charmaine Raga (John), nephews Darren & Graham, aunt Edith Pratt and numerous cousins.
Although you fell and stumbled at times
All those hills were necessary climbs
All the times when your heart shined through
Are the greatest memories I’ll have of you
I will always remember you brother of mine
In my heart I will keep you, so I’ll be fine
