It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Greg who drowned while doing what he loved best, being a friend. He is predeceased by his parents, Norman and Jean Stewart and sister Shannon. He is survived by his sisters Janice Fenton and Norma-Jean Kilby, Calgary and his daughter Amanda, Parksville. Also left to mourn are two nieces, one nephew, and their families, a core group of extraordinary friends and numerous cousins, friends and colleagues. Greg touched the heart of everyone he met. He was a free spirit, a hard worker, always smiling and will be remembered for his sense of humor, masterful electrical skills and as one who always lent a helping hand.
A Celebration of Life was held, Wednesday,
January 18th, 2006 at the Salvation Army church in Parksville... It would have made him smile.
Gone from this earth but alive forever in our hearts.
