Helen Violet Rozek
August 22, 1928 – August 1, 2015
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helen Violet Rozek.
Helen was predeceased by her parents Harry & Mary, her brothers Joe, Mike, Henry & Gordon and her sister Trudy.
She is survived by Paul, her loving husband of 65 years; her daughters Cheryl (Gordon) of Fernie, BC and Beverly (Carl) of Port Alberni BC; her grandchildren, Karla (Ian) of Fort St. John BC, Andrew (Helen) of Port Alberni BC, Blake of Fernie BC, Treena of Calgary AB and Paula of Moose Jaw SK; her sister-in-law Anita of Calgary AB; her brother-in-law Raymond of Killarny MB; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Helen was first and foremost a wife and mother. She loved to garden, play bingo, curl, and bowl. She was a member of the Legion for 31 years and a lifetime member of the Elks. She will be missed by all who knew her.
