James (Jim) Leo Portelance
June 29, 1956 – March 15, 2013
Jim passed away at NRGH on Friday, March 15, 2013. He was predeceased by his mother, Maria and father Joseph Howard Portelance. Jim leaves to mourn his sister Janet (Don) Klint of Parksville; brother John of Qualicum Beach; nephew, Kyle; niece, Dana, and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
