FONTAINE, Lynnette
On May 19, 2008, Lynnette Fontaine of Parksville (formerly Kamloops) passed away peacefuly with her family at her side after a courageous battle with cancer.
She is survived by her son Stephone, her mother Vera, her brother Brian, her sister Darlene and her loving partner Jay.
Lynnette loved people and had the ability to
make them look and feel beautiful and as a
result enjoyed a successful career as a hairstylist, business owner and educator within the beauty industry.
Her greatest happiness in life was to spend time in her garden tending to her plants. She loved to travel, read or spend time sharing her adventures in life over a glass of wine with close friends. She was always thinking of new ways to help enrich other people’s lives.
She passed away far too young, but her caring spirit has forever touched the lives of the many people who knew her and she will not be forgotten.
At the request of her family, no service will be held
but a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society
may be made in her memoryl.
