In Loving Memory ~
It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Margaret "Helen" Poste on February 15 2024 at the age of 93.
Helen will be forever loved and sorely missed by her daughter Nancy (Jerry) and son John Dianna); grandson Scott and granddaughter Sarah and two great grandchildren Brody and Mason.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years. Larry, her two grandsons Dillen and Colton and her brother and sister-in-law John and Marie.
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Helen was a volunteer with Parksville SOS for over 30 years and a long-time parishioner of St Anne St Edmunds Anglican Church. She enjoyed drawing, painting, listening to classical music and reading. Helen and Larry would often enjoy a dance at the Parksville legion with friends.
The family would like to thank Dufferin Place, Nanaimo staff for their care and support provided to Helen since April 2022.
A private family service will be held in Helen's honour. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Dufferin Place c/o Nanaimo Hospital Foundation or District 69 SOS.
