Borodula, Marion Hazel (nee: Penny) August 7, 1923 ~ September 2, 2016 It is with deep sadness that the family of Marion Borodula announces the passing of a wonderful Mother, Grandma, and G.G. She was predeased by her husband, Alex, in 2007. She leaves behind her two daughters, Lorane (Darrell) MacKay of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Penny Manfredi of Parksville, British Columbia; her grandchildren Nicole (Tim) Hildebrand, Julie (Darin) Mercer, Christine (Dale) Robertson, and Darren (Kandis) MacKay; and her beloved great-grandchildren Alexis and Mya Mercer, Olivia, Paisley and Quinn Hildebrand, and Maeve and Miller MacKay who always made her eyes light up, and she said their hugs “were the best ones ever”. The family would like to thank the wonderful sta at Arrowsmith Lodge for their care with a special thank you to Mary, Gena, Suzanne, Mary, Donna, and David; as well as Dr. Sulz for his care and kindness.
