February 1, 1960 - June 15, 2018
It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our beloved, Mark Fisher, who we lost far too soon at the age of 58.

Predeceased by his first love and wife, Serafina, Mark has continued to own and operate the

business they both created in Qualicum Beach, Serafina's Fine Foods.

In 2014, Mark met Cindy Harley (nee Collins) and was fortunate to find love in his life once more. Mark and Cindy pledged their love to each other on June 3, 2018 at a beautiful beach front wedding ceremony overlooking the ocean that he so adored.

We are so proud of his many accomplishments. Mark loved to learn new skills. Among his many talents, he was a licensed mechanic and general handyman who knew how to fix just about anything. He loved being a pilot and was a proud member of the Port Alberni flying club. He enjoyed fishing, gold panning, skiing, diving, and Mexico. His dream was to travel more of the world with his wife and explore new places together. He was an outspoken, strong-minded man with a tender heart and he was an advocate for the underdog. He loved to laugh and make others laugh with him, even in times of hardship.

Sadly, on June 15, 2018, Mark lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.

Mark is survived by his loving wife, Cindy, his grieving parents, step-children, sisters, brothers, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

You will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts, Mark.

A Celebration of Life to take place at Qualicum Beach Legion, 180 Veterans Way, Qualicum Beach on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 2 pm.
