Neal was born in Saskatchewan, Oct 16, 1938 and passed at home in Qualicum Beach, June 15, 2012.
Neal received his degree as a Chartered Accountant in 1963. He became the first foreigner to be accepted into the Colegio de Contadorres Publicos del Estado Zulia, Venezuela. Neal spent all his working life in Venezuela. He retired to Vancouver Island in Sept 1999.
Neal is survived by his wife Frances, sons Warren (his daughter Ashley and grand-daughter Annika), Teo (Elizabeth and two sons Eric and Joseph) and Frank (Claudia and daughter Gloria), also his siblings Greg, Adeline and Annabelle.
Neal had suffered from progressive autonomic failure for over eight years and now he can again say his pat answer when asked ‘How are you?’- “I’m fine, fine, just fine! Thank you!” If you wish, please donate to research for P.A.F or a charity of your choice.
