Patricia Lynn (Scott) Doan
February 2, 1949 – December 16, 2016
It is with great love and sadness, we announce the passing of our mother, nana, daughter, sister and soon-to-be great grandmother, Patricia Lynn Doan on December 16, 2016.
Pat is greatly missed by her children, Ross (Chantel), Nica (Martin Nantel) and Rachel (Scott Sommerville); grandchildren, Adrian, Jonah, Madison, Hali, Aslan, Farleigh, Dexter and Lennox; mother, Margaret Scott; brother, Malcolm Scott (Danielle); nieces and nephews and the special people she gave care to. She was predeceased by her father, Clare Scott and sister, Sandra Scott.
Pat’s door was always open. Her home was full of animals, good meals, storytelling and laughter. Among family and friends, Pat was happiest when taking care of others, and truly believed in second chances. She lived her life with dignity and generosity. Pat made the world more loving and she will be missed.
