August 14, 1938 - June 29, 2018
Ross is survived by his loving wife Judy, his children Kerry, Brad, Dean, Glenn, Kelly, step son, Corby and their families, including over 30 grand and great-grandchildren. He loved his family dearly, and was very proud of them. He was predeceased by his parents Lyle & Rene in 1991, and his grandson Jonathan in 2017.

His working life took many turns, from military to teacher, Victoria fire fighter, union leader, consultant, administrator, and entrepreneur. He loved all of his careers, which he worked at diligently but still made time for his "car" hobbies.

Although born a Victoria boy, Ross worked both there and in Vancouver, retiring to his cabin in Lake Cowichan and finally settling in Nanoose Bay. Retirement was enjoyed through travel, activities with the Parksville Newcomers, and playing golf and badminton.

Though successful at negotiations in his working life, his skills could not expel the existence of Parkinson's and dementia.

No service will be held and should you want to remember Ross, please make a donation to the BC Parkinson's Society or charity of your choice.
