It is with deep sadness that we
announce the passing of
our beloved daughter.
She has left behind her mum & dad, two brothers Clint and Sean & much loved friend Leah.
Tracy passed away in Nanaimo
Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
Many thanks to the doctors and nursing staff.
A celebration of her life will be held at her
home on August 10, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at
3060 Grafton Avenue, Errington, BC
