Victor will be sadly missed by his daughters Diana DiCastri (Roy), Louise Spencer (Hugh Lamont), Carol Campbell (Dwight), his 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a multitude of loving friends.
Victor was a decorated war veteran serving in the Canadian Armed Forces from Sept.1942 until his honorable discharge Oct. 1945.
Victor was predeceased by his loving wife Violet in 2000, his twin brother Norman, and, his sister May Welsh. He will always be remembered by his loving family and friends.
Goodbye to the “Dinner Party King of Qualicum Beach”. A celebration of life will be held July 1st at 1599 Rodgers Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion.
