MR. WILLIAM (Bill) STARLING
May 22, 1915 –
December 18, 2013
Bill was born in Ontario and spent his life living between England and Canada. He is predeceased by Muriel, an English girl who was the love of his life. Bill was a War Veteran and
also worked at the Poppy Factory in London, after which he enjoyed being an antique dealer in London, England, and then returned to Canada.
Bill spent many happy years in Qualicum Beach and was often seen around town visiting the antique shops. He was charming and loved by all who met him, and he was the much loved friend of Merlyn Patten and Don Kemp, who considered him family.
