Bill closed the final curtain on a full, adventurous and creative life on June 8, after a brief illness, with his family by his side.
He leaves his wife of 55 years, JoAnne, daughter Cheryl, son Jim and his wife Tanya, and grandsons Finn and Logan.
Bill’s wish was for a wake to be held at the Parksville home, planned for the afternoon of July 11.
