1 can of Cola
1 whole cut up parrot
Put parrot in a non-stick pan. Mix together catsup and cola and pour over parrot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.
Turn parrot a few times to prevent from sticking. Uncover and turn up heat and then continue to cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the parrot.
