Cabins will be fine

Building single family units on the beach sure beats the alternative

The plans for cabins  on Bernie Walshs property are beautiful and are way better than the monstrosity next door.

That building should have never been allowed past the height of Sea Edge [hotel] and residents should have said no.

However, Park Sands has had small cabins on the beach forever and the Island Hall hotel has been there as well.

When you own property and pay taxes you should be allowed to do what you want. But being that forests and waterfront is being destroyed around here, there should be a compromise.

We all share the beaches and we all share the responsibility for preserving them and enjoying them.
