On Oct. 8 while driving through Qualicum Beach, I passed a dozen or more Conservative signs vandalized and torn down. None of the other party signs were touched.
What makes people think that vandalism and criminal behaviour is acceptable political expression? It does nothing for free speech or democracy. If the candidates they support think as they do, God help us if their party forms the next government.
