In reference the April 11 front page article “Legion Commemorates Vimy Ridge.” Thank you to J.R. Rardon for his followup story about the Qualicum Beach Legion Branch 76 special Vimy Ridge Remembrance parade and service.
Also thanks to the members of our community who came and participated in the cenotaph service; and the tennis players in the courts across the street from the Legion who were very respectful by stopping their game and participating. We always appreciate the community’s interest and participation in Legion events.
