Two-part question:
1. Why are we on water restrictions when hundreds of building permits are being allowed here?
2. What goes in must come out; so far the sewage facility cleared the forest on highway side but that’s all I see being done to accommodate the excess. I guess we’ll have the July-August “herring run” again. No common sense?
