I totally agree with Mr. Good’s assessment.
Milk containers… really? Come on you people who came up with this, wise up.
If an environmental cleanup initiative is needed, how about putting a one-dollar deposit (or more) on all non-essential liquid containers such as pop, beer and plastic water bottles that are littered all over the place?
Then you’d be on to something.
