No faith in the justice system

Witnesses saw Justin in the crosswalk but it appears that Mr. Gray for some reason didn’t and what did Mr. Gray get for driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention? Ten points on his license and a $1,000 fine, along with a Victim Surcharge of $150.

Wow, what a penalty for taking the life of a good 12-year-old kid who had his whole life before him just because Mr. Gray wasn’t paying attention to his driving at a four-way stop at 1 p.m. on a bright sunny day with no obstructions in view.

Where is the justice in the so- called justice system?  This man is allowed to keep his drivers license.

We all say, no damn way when you take the life of an innocent child just because you are not paying attention to your driving.

There’s no justice for Justin.  There is no justice at all in this tragedy. The whole family misses Justin so much every day. So many things we do, so many places we go, there’s always one person missing.

Our family will never be the same because of a driver not paying attention to his driving and who shouldn’t be driving again for taking this young life for no reason.  The family has gone through hell since this happened. We shed tears for Justin every day.

Sorry, we have no faith at all in the justice system.
