I hope that the NDP have been able to get their suppliers of fuel, insurance, etc. to agree to a 10-year freeze on costs, should they be elected.
How do the vast number of ferry workers feel about a 10-year freeze on wages? I suppose the NDP plan the same old system — spend all you can while in power and leave the next elected government to clean up the mess, as happened last time they were in power.
We are proud of the best ferry system I have ever been on, and current costs are certainly less than apply in many other countries, especially Great Britain.
