Why is it, every time I pick up the local papers they are always full of discord between Council and Developers, in both Parksville and Qualicum Beach?
I have lived in this community since 1945. I went to school here, worked and raised my family here. I think most people moved here because they liked the feeling and community of the small town. Do we really need more development?
Oh! How I yearn for the good old days.
