Coming home from the village a few weeks ago on my scooter along Dorset, I saw a lady carrying a dog. So I said to her “who’s taking who for a walk?”
She told me her dog was old and blind. I must confess, I’d have got a little wagon and pulled him along.
But she chose to carry him in her arms on what was his daily walk. I was touched.
