Kickstart Fitness Owner/Trainer Beth Alden has been all smiles this week as she gets ready for the new training facility’s grand opening on Saturday.
Oceansiders love to keep fit, and to that end the good-natured dedicated trainer and nutritionalist will be hosting an open house from 1-4 p.m. Check out next Tuesday’s News for some insight into how Beth is making a big difference in the lives of some local youngsters.
Kickstart Fitness is located at Unit #6 in the Pinetree Center at 1343 Alberni Hwy.
