Family and friends gathered around various vendors at the Summer by the Sea Street Market in Parksville on Tuesday evening (July 20).
Artisans of nearly every assortment filled the Parksville and District Chamber of Commerce parking lot and welcomed purchasers and ‘window shoppers’ alike.

The market, co-ordinated by the chamber, features approximately 30 vendors of local merchants, craftspeople, farmers, entertainers and food trucks.
It will continue to operate every Tuesday evening, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., at 1275 Island Highway until the end of August.
