Parksville city council to hold amended 2021 budget meeting in late November

40 members of the public can attend in-person

Parksville city council will hold a budget deliberation meeting to discuss amendments to the 2021-25 municipal budget and financial plan on Monday, Nov. 29, starting at 1 p.m.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and aligned with public health orders, attendance by the public is limited to 40 people.

As usual, meetings will be livestreamed and archived from the city’s website, www.parksville.ca.

Public input is an important part of the financial planning process and comments submitted in-person at the meeting, or by email to council@parksville.ca, will form part of the public record.

The open budget deliberation meeting can be viewed online through live-streaming from the home page of the city’s website, and will be archived as well.
