Darts season is almost here.

It’s time to sharpen your shafts and smoothen your flights.

The District 69 Darts Association is getting ready to get the league going on Sept 18.

If people don’t have a team yet, they can start forming one now or if people just want to play, they can register to play.

Don Punter, member of the District 69 Darts Association board, said they are always looking for new players and also new teams. He has indicated that it’s a problem every year.

Punter said the league is inviting people to come out and join the league.

If people can’t play regularly, they can be placed in the spare dart players’ list.

The games are scheduled to be played at various bars in District 69.

If anyone is interested in joining a team or becoming a spare please contact league president, Noella Ross at 250-228-6786, Punter at 250-586-0192 or go to their website for more information at www.district69darts.com
