Simple and sincere words from M&N Mattress and Sofa owner, Mark Nagra, after his team took home the 2024 Retail Business of the Year title from the Business Excellence Awards earlier this month. This most recent award will join the many others that M&N Mattress and Sofa has won over the years.
“I’m very proud of our incredible M&N team members; it’s their dedication and hard work that brought us to this moment of excellence,” Nagra says. “We couldn’t have achieved this award without them, and we look forward to another year of hard work and dedication to our fantastic and supportive community.”
This year’s win marks the second time Nagra and his team have earned Retail Business of the Year honours for the BE Vancouver Island Business Excellence Awards and have been finalists many times. They’ve also added several BBB Customer Service Torch awards, business achievement awards, and small business of the year awards over the years.
“We’ve been serving our Vancouver Island community for 23 years with reliable, quality-made furniture and mattresses, but more importantly, with honesty and integrity,” Nagra says. “We feel honoured to be recognized by Business Examiner for our continued commitment to providing the best products and service to our community.”
Key to that is keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and new offerings – Mark recently attended the Las Vegas World Market Center with over six million square feet of furniture, mattresses and accessories to choose from.
