Liquid Waste Management Plan Amendment Community Engagement

As per section 208 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the following Parcel Tax Rolls are now available for inspection at www.parksville.ca and at the City of Parksville Finance Department located at Parksville Community and Technology Centre, 100 Jensen Avenue East, Parksville, BC between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, except statutory holidays:

Pursuant to section 26 of the Community Charter , the City of Parksville hereby gives notice of its intention to enter into an Agreement with Nickel Bros House Moving Ltd. for the sale and removal of the house situated at 206 Jensen Avenue West, Parksville British Columbia, having the Parcel Identifier 005-972-841 and legally described as lot 15, District Lot 14, Nanoose District, Plan VIP5663 set out on the map below, for a total purchase price of $1.00 plus applicable taxes.

Under the terms of the Warehouse Lien Act, Goods and Personal Property of this person listed below, deposited at 1164 Franklins Gull Road, Parksville, BC. have been seized and will be sold on or after date: May 15th, 2023, to recover the cost for unpaid storage rent.
